Documents Review & Gap Analysis

A high-level documentary review of your systems, processes, work instructions and procedures is called a “desktop audit.” Its purpose is to ensure that a company has effective policies, procedures, systems, and practices in place. It also ensures that records of implementation are kept for use in any subsequent audits or prosecutions. In contrast to site or incident audits, which are meant to confirm the actual on-the-ground application of the compliance practices stated in policies and procedures, this form of audit comprises an examination of supporting documentation.

We have a team of lead auditors and certified professionals in Occupational Safety and Hygiene, who can review your availble documents and perform a gap anaysis to prepare you for an upcoming corporate or certification audit.

Remote Audit

In an electronic audit, also known as a remote audit, the auditor is not present at the location of the audited party (the auditee). When conducting an audit, evidence is typically shared and collected digitally using online technologies that take into consideration all relevant legislation and standards. Document evaluation and interviews lend themselves very well to remote audits.

Even while remote document and file inspections are a part of remote auditing, they are only one part of the whole. When an audit is conducted remotely, both the auditor and the company being audited work together on the audit at the same time. This takes place in a digital setting, where all parties concerned may easily communicate and share files.

Our remote audit is best to prepare your organization for ISO certification.
